A Friends Appeal

We are issuing a formal appeal to our valued members and followers to support the expansion of our vintage gardening display items in the Kitchen Garden. We are seeking donations or loans of unique, historically significant items, particularly those related to the Women’s Land Army and 1940s gardening practices. Of specific interest are antique potato sacks, wooden fruit boxes and trays, and vintage gardening tools. If you or someone you know possesses such items, please contact us. We assure you that all donations will be meticulously cared for and become integral to our ‘Friends Through the Ages’ project collection. We can arrange for collection of items at your convenience.
