Dover In Bloom Awards 2026
Statement from the Future Foundry
We’re over the moon to announce that Dover in Bloom has won Best in Category, a Gold Award, and a Gold Biodiversity award at the RHS South and South East in Bloom Awards!
While we celebrated similar wins last year, this moment marks a shift towards something even bigger. It’s not just about a trophy; it’s about cementing a long-term future where young people lead the way. Seeing their efforts in planting native species and caring for our unique landscapes recognised on a regional stage shows them that local action creates lasting change.
A massive thank you to the RHS South and South East in Bloom South & South East in Bloom team for visiting us this summer and for celebrating the collective effort of everyone who helped transform Dover. Your recognition means the world to our young change-makers and fuels our drive for years to come.
Kitchen Garden at Constables Tower helps secure National Finals Spot for Dover!
For the second consecutive year, the Kitchen Garden at Constables Tower has played a pivotal role in securing a major victory for the town. Following rigorous inspections during the Britain in Bloom regional heats, the exceptional efforts of the Friends of Dover Castle and their dedicated Kitchen Garden volunteers have helped anchor another regional win for Dover.
Thanks to this collaborative community effort, Dover has officially advanced to the prestigious National Britain in Bloom Finals. The culmination of this incredible journey will take place in Rochdale at the end of October, where the national winners will be crowned.
A massive thank you to all the volunteers, partners, and supporters who have poured their time and passion into making the Kitchen Garden a regional treasure and a national contender.
