Lettuce for the NAFFI
We are pleased to report that our inaugural batch of lettuce has thrived under our newly implemented automatic watering system, yielding two successful harvests this week. Both batches were promptly delivered to the NAFFI kitchens within the Castle. In addition to our crisp lettuce, we also supplied fresh cuttings of Rosemary, Mint, Basil, Thyme, and Sage. This fresh produce will be featured on the new Summer menu at the NAFFI restaurant.
